Turnki Privacy Policy

Turnki is a personal command center app for schedule planning, alarms, Google Calendar access, wake and sleep logging, habit reminders, and daily execution.

Information Used

• Local 4-digit PIN, stored only on device.
• Google Calendar authorization, only after user consent.
• Google Calendar event data needed to show and manage schedule blocks.
• App activity data such as wake, sleep, water reminder, and schedule status.
• Device notification and exact alarm permissions for reminders.

Google Calendar Data

Turnki requests Google Calendar read and event-write access only after consent. Calendar data is used to display upcoming events and create, update, or delete user-requested Turnki schedule events. Turnki does not sell Calendar data.

Storage

Current Android release stores PIN and reminder state locally on device. Backend sync may store schedule, habit, and audit data in Google Cloud Firestore for backup and continuity after user setup.

Sharing

Turnki does not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers needed to run requested app features, such as Google Calendar, Google Cloud hosting, notifications, and backup.

Deletion

Users can revoke Google Calendar access from Google Account permissions and uninstall the app to remove local app data. For backend deletion requests, contact support.
